SHIPPING OPTIONS

Pickup:

Customers in the Springfield area are eligible for a free pickup option. This location is at 1225 South Sixth Street, and available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Days/times are subject to change. If you choose this option, you will receive an email confirmation with more information.

 

Delivery:

Customers who live in or between the Carlinville and Springfield areas are eligible for a $3 delivery fee option. Items will be dropped off on your porch and you will receive an email once the items are delivered. Please note that delivery days/times can vary, but typically take place on business days after 5:00pm.

 

Shipping:

All customers are eligible for shipping. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $6 for up to 6 items, more items will result in a larger fee. We can ship anywhere in the US.

Closet 31 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by delivery service.

 

RETURN POLICY

If any items are received damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive the item at info@shopcloset31.com. Damaged items are eligible for a full refund.

Any items no longer wanted are eligible for return for store credit only. Contact us and we will send you a pre-paid mailing label to return the item.
